Upon receipt of the returned goods, or upon delivery of indisputable, verifiable documentation proving outward dispatch tracking, we will execute your reimbursement under the following mandatory legal parameters:

  • Statutory Timeline: All eligible refunds will be issued swiftly and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods back, or (if earlier) 14 days from the day you supply formal proof of postage.

  • Scope of Refund: We will refund the complete acquisition value of the items, including the initial outward shipping tariff paid at the point of order. In adherence to UK law, the refund for shipping costs will be capped at our lowest standard delivery fee tier. High-tier premium or expedited shipping upgrades requested by the consumer are legally non-refundable.

  • Payment Method: Reimbursement will systematically be executed using the precise financial instrument and payment gateway deployed during the original checkout transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be levied upon you as a consequence of the refund process.

5. Legal Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
