    • Timeframe: 5 to 12 working days.

    • Cost: Complimentary on all orders, featuring fully integrated end-to-end tracking.

  • Express Delivery (Paid):

    • Timeframe: 5 to 8 working days.

    • Cost: Calculated securely at checkout based on your exact destination. Priority processing is favoured for all Express consignments to minimise transit duration.

Please note that working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

2. Statutory Delivery Deadlines

In strict compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the statutory final deadline for the delivery of physical merchandise purchased on berrigtonnaidi.store is fixed at a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date your order contract is formally executed.

In the highly improbable event that your selection does not arrive within this 30-day statutory window, you possess the absolute legal right to cancel your transaction, void the contract, and receive a 100% unconditional refund including all delivery fees.

3. Transfer of Risk, Loss, and Damage

  • Our Responsibility: The full risk of loss, theft, or structural damage remains entirely with our store whilst the consignment is in the hands of the courier or third-party logistics providers.

  • Transfer to Consumer: Physical risk and ownership of the goods only legally transfer to you at the precise moment you, or an authorised individual acting on your behalf, takes physical, hands-on possession of the parcel at the designated delivery address.

4. Tracking and Signature Requirement
